1. Ingredient:It is composed of pitch resin,Cu2O, types of anti-fouling pigment and etc.
2. Characteristic:
A. Toxin may release from coating to sea regularly during a voyage while the paint film also slowly dissolved simultaneously so that the new toxins continues to release;
B. The paint can protect bottom of wooden ship against fouling of settling sea creatures such as barnacle, oyster, spirorbis, bryozoans and algae etc within some time to keep the ship bottom clean and thus having no effect on the ship speed and saving fuel;
C.The paint has desirable antifouling effect to prevent the wood material from decaying and to protect the wood material from the eating of shipworm and woodborer;
D.With fast drying and good adhesion.
3. Applications: Used as antifouling paint for wooden ships on sea to protect ship bottom of the ship against setting of sea creatures and eating of shipworm and woodborer.
4. Basic parameters

5. Recommended coating film thickness: two time,dry film thickness is more than 70μm;
6. Subsequent coats:Painting directly on the wooden bottom.You can also use L-44 (831) as a primer for the first one in the wood, then painting the antifouling paints.
7. Surface preparation : Wooden materials must be through dry and newly built ship shall be embedded with putty at all cracks and be coated with paint only upon complete drying; in case of an existing ship set with sea creatures and damage to most coating film, the sea creatures and existing paint shall be removed and then washed with (high pressure) fresh water and then embedding once again and applying antifouling paint for wooden ship upon complete drying.
8. Substrate temperature:Substrate temperature must be above 3 ℃ above the dew point
9. Application methods: Spray/Brush/Roller. Direct use of the product,or add it as appropriate MR-105 Thinner.

Safety: flammable.Harmful by inhalation and in contact with skin.Irritating to eyes and skin.Store in cool,well-ventilated area away form the fire.,direct sunshine.Keep the container airproof and upright in case of leakage.May cause sensitization by skin contact.Dot not breathe spray.Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves.In case of insufficient ventilation,wear suitable respiratory equipment.
